I used to think replying within two minutes made me a professional.

I was creating designs at midnight.

Letting clients move timelines and shift scope however they pleased.

It didn’t come in one dramatic breakdown moment.

When I was pregnant and sick for months.
When I was holding a newborn and running on fumes.
When life happened—family, illness, the things you can’t predict.

Respecting your time:
Office hours. Revision rounds. Response times.

When I respected my own time—clients did too.

And the ones who left?

Most came back.
